Deep Rest

One of the worst things is to struggle with sleep. 30 million Americans struggle with sleep apnea. Then there is insomnia and restless leg syndrome. These culprits rob us of the rest we need. About 25% of our sleep should be deep sleep but many are spending too much time in light sleep or awake. 

 

That’s a picture of our spiritual life. God invites us into His rest. It’s a deep rest of His peace and presence even when life around us is uncertain, confusing and hard. Join us this Sunday as we continue our journey through Hebrews and discover how to enter His rest.
