NEW TO BAY AREA?

WELCOME

We’re so glad that you’ve decided to check out Bay Area Community Church. We’re a family of believers in Jesus who are excited about the journey we’re all on with Him. Whether you’re uncertain about the person of Christ, unsure about your own commitment to Him or already a passionate follower of Jesus, we invite you to be part of our family.

As a church, we are striving to become the kind of people that reflect Jesus. We believe that Jesus truly is God's Son through whom we can experience forgiveness of our sins and be restored to a right relationship with God, who loves us deeply and has a unique purpose for each one of us. We believe that Jesus is Lord, and we are focused on telling others about Him as we grow in our relationships with Him. If you'd like to learn more about our beliefs and values, click here

We hope this Visitor’s Guide helps paint a picture of who we are as a church, what we believe, and how we live out our faith in Jesus.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?

In Children's Ministry our goal is to have each child build a personal relationship with Jesus and learn to share Him with others. From our youngest in the nursery, to our elementary aged kids, our focus is discipleship for all ages. Our heart is to partner with each family to provide opportunities for your family to learn and grow with Jesus. Click HERE to learn more.

WHAT ABOUT MY STUDENTS?

Our goal is to help students 6th grade through 12th develop such passion for Jesus and compassion for others, that they don’t graduate from their faith when they graduate from our ministry. Click HERE to learn more.

HOW ABOUT THE PREACHING?
We place a high value on relevant biblical teaching, and our messages typically come from Lead Pastor Greg St. Cyr. We strive to have a healthy ratio of topical messages to messages rooted in a specific book of the Bible, always giving priority to the Spirit’s leading. Click HERE to watch a message.
WHAT'S THE MUSIC LIKE?
We have two different worship venues at the Annapolis Campus: our auditorium and chapel. Both venues pick songs from the same catalog but differ in musical styles. Our auditorium utilizes a full band while our chapel uses acoustic instruments.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Whatever is comfortable for you. You’ll find people dressed in everything from suits and dresses to jeans with sneakers.
