LOCAL OUTREACH PASTOR/DIRECTOR - ANNAPOLIS

Full-time (salaried) - The Local Outreach Pastor/Director will equip and mobilize the people of Bay Area to live on mission in word and deed. This involves modeling how to build relationships with those yet to come to Christ, training the body to share one’s testimony and the gospel, teaching how to engage in Biblical exploration and catalyzing an invitation culture. The goal of this position is to build strategic relationships with our Local Ministry Partners, defining expectations and creating opportunities for Bay Area people to participate.

FACILITIES COORDINATOR - ANNAPOLIS

Full Time (Hourly/Non Exempt) - The Facilities Coordinator will help to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the church building and grounds. Specific duties will include: ministry room setup, facility and grounds maintenance, assembling furniture and other duties assigned by the facility manager and/or management. The goal of this position is to maintain the property in such a way as to protect its value and support Bay Area's mission.

STUDENT MINISTRY PRODUCTION COORDINATOR - ANNAPOLIS

Full-tIme (Salaried) - The role of the Student Ministry Production Coordinator is to contribute to building a worship culture by overseeing Student Ministry-specific production elements and assisting with all production elements at the Annapolis Campus.

PRESCHOOL COORDINATOR - ANNAPOLIS

Full Time (Hourly/Non-exempt) - The preschool Coordinator oversees the Children’s ministry strategy for small groups of children ages birth – 5 not yet in Kindergarten. The Coordinator is responsible for training, equipping and supporting our small group leaders and parents.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY WEEKEND COORDINATOR - ANNAPOLIS 

Full Time (Hourly/Non-Exempt). The Weekend Coordinator assists the Preschool and Elementary Coordinators with prep for weekend gatherings and Children's Ministry events, as well as manages the Children's Ministry Social Media accounts.
