FACILITIES ASSISTANT - ANNAPOLIS

Part-time (up to 14 hours/week) - The Facilities Assistant will help to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the church building and grounds. These duties involve assisting with building repairs, janitorial, grounds maintenance, assembling furniture and other duties assigned by the facility manager and/or management. The goal of this position is to maintain the property in such a way as to protect its value and support Bay Area's mission.

ODENTON CONNECTING COORDINATOR - ODENTON

Part-time (up to 20 hours/week) - The Odenton Connecting Coordinator will build, train and lead the weekend experience teams in providing a warm and welcoming environment for our Sunday guests. This continues during the week by maintaining a high quality, multi-touch guest follow-up program to foster strong community from their first visit through assimilation into a missional community. Additionally, the Connecting Coordinator will work closely with the Campus Pastor on day-to-day functions across all ministries.

CAMPUS STUDENT MINISTRY COORDINATOR - ODENTON

Part-time (up to 25 hours/week) - The Student Ministry Coordinator will serve on the Odenton Campus Team and as a greater part of the BACC staff. The primary responsibilities include overseeing all operational aspects of student ministry including gatherings, events for middle and high school students, communications and meeting with students.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY COORDINATOR - ODENTON

Part-time (up to 25 hours/week) - The Odenton Children's Ministry Coordinator will lead and uphold the Children's Ministry Strategy to families and volunteers at the Odenton Campus. Primary responsibilities include preparing an environment for volunteers and children on Sunday mornings.  Lead in the scheduling, recruiting, training, and oversight of all Children's ministry volunteers.
