Full-time (salaried) - The role of the Community Group Director is to lead, support, multiply, and resource CG leaders to gather and grow disciples who go and bless their neighbors through the rhythms of UP, IN, and OUT. CAMPUS/CHAPEL WORSHIP LEADER

Part-time (hourly) - The Campus/Chapel Worship Leader will help build a worship culture by leading worship at multiple BACC campuses, developing worship leaders and musicians, recruiting volunteers, assisting the leadership of all campuses, and ensuring all worship experiences are executed with excellence.

Full-time (salaried) - The Student Ministry Worship Leader & Gatherings Coordinator will create exciting student environments (gatherings) that middle and high school students love to attend. This involves planning and executing student gatherings, leading the BASM Gathering Team, serving as primary worship leader and partnering with various staff/team members to help accomplish ministry vision and goals.

HOSPITALITY & CONNECTING COORDINATOR

Annapolis Campus

Full-time (40 hours) - The Hospitality & Connecting Coordinator oversees hospitality (Sunday coffee teams, Bay Café, Serve Central, supporting Elder dinners, support for large- scale events, and maintenance of kitchen spaces) as well as administrative support for connect team (database entry, following up with new guests, event set up and volunteer management).
