The foundation of this ministry is based on Christ’s final commandment and implemented by Bay Area’s Mission, towards “making passionate, maturing followers of Jesus from here to the nations.” To this end, the men’s mentoring ministry is to facilitate more mature men coming alongside other men, in life-on-life pairs, to encourage them on their discipleship journey to become more like Christ. The initial period is for 90-days which can be extended beyond that point if desired by both the mentor and person he is mentoring.
