Part 4: The Giant Cookie Cutters

This is the time of year when homemade cookies start flying out of the oven and I start putting on my winter hibernation weight. Gingerbread men, trees, stars, candy cane shapes, even little reindeer - most being cut through those festive cookie cutter patterns. This reminds me that our world is also trying to push us through a mold, to conform to a pattern, to shape a particular worldview. The problem is that we get pressed to push God out of our lives. How do we pursue holiness under the pressure to conform? How do we stand out in a cookie cutter world?
