Vision Part 2

Last week, we cast a vision for the year ahead: to become Good News people who show and share the Gospel where we live, work, learn, and play. We ended with a simple question: Will you join us on this journey. This week, we'll discover a beautiful picture the Bible uses to describe those who answer that call. Interestingly, the part of the messenger that is called beautiful is not what we would normally expect—it's our feet!

As the prophet Isaiah wrote: "How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns!" —Isaiah 52:7

We have beautiful feet, not because they are literally perfect, but because of the message they carry. Our feet are made beautiful by our purpose: to be a walking, talking display of the Good News. This Sunday, join us as we begin to see ourselves as Good News people, with beautiful feet, prepared to step into the world with the most important message ever told.
