FINANCIAL COACHING

The purpose of the financial coaching ministry is to help individuals and families become more godly managers of the resources that God has entrusted to them. We provide one-on-one counseling at no cost to Ministry Partners who feel they would benefit from an objective review of their finances from a Biblical perspective. Services are usually coordinated through the deacons and/or Care Network. We also host classes on Biblical financial management that are offered by ministries such as Financial Peace University, Crown and Good Sense.

CARE COACHES
Our Care Coaches are maturing followers of Jesus who are compelled by God’s work in us to walk alongside hurting people as they discover the joy of a deepening relationship with the Lord. The primary role of Care Coaches is to guide and help individuals discover Christ-centered answers to a wide range of personal, relational, financial and or other challenges.
Care Coaches receive training through Lay Counselor Institute (www.lciministry.org) and ongoing monthly supervision by a licensed clinical therapist. Care Coaches are not state-certified licensed, professional counselors; they are not psychotherapists, psychologists or psychiatrists.

MEN'S MENTORING
The Men’s Mentoring ministry exists to connect, disciple and reproduce mature followers of Jesus and grow Jesus' spiritual family.
The foundation of this ministry is based on Christ’s final commandment and implemented by Bay Area’s Mission, towards “making passionate, maturing followers of Jesus from here to the nations.” To this end, the men’s mentoring ministry is designed to facilitate more mature men coming alongside other men, in life-on-life pairs, to ask questions, listen, encourage, show genuine love and help them on their discipleship journey becoming more like Christ.
These Man-to-Man relationships facilitate deeper connection, transparency and growth in our lives through a flexible plan that is tailored for the unique circumstances and goals of the mentee and his mentor.
