PRAYING FOR OUR FAMILIES

Here in Women’s Ministry we know that our hearts as wives and moms are ever challenged.  We want to pour goodness and life into our loved ones and yet sometimes our own hearts feel starved themselves. Connecting with other women in the same phase through prayer and fellowship is key to filling your cup so you can continue to pour into others.  Check out our fellowship and prayer times below and join us for our next gathering!

Moms In Prayer

Do you find yourself worried over your children’s future? Do you find yourself concerned about the choices they are making now? Do you ache to see the Lord’s hand in your children’s lives? Moms in Prayer is for you!  At these prayer gatherings moms come in burdened for their children and leave confident that their lives are in the Lord’s hands.  They join to lay their children at the feet of God, trusting in His love for their children.  Moms in Prayer meetings are a blessing to the moms who come and lift up their children, the student ministry and schools nationwide.  To learn more about the Moms in Prayer method, head here.
At Bay Area we currently host two Moms in Prayer groups.  Join us and see God move in the lives of your children!  
  • Moms in Prayer for our teens meets weekly on Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 8:00 pm.  Drop your children at student ministry for Amplify then head upstairs to the BASM conference room to pray over them with other Moms.  Questions? Contact Michelle Herring mhherring71@gmail.com
  • Moms in Prayer for our children age 0-11 meets the first and third Sunday of the month during second service.  Drop your children at Children’s Ministry at 10:15 then head to room 236 to pray over them.  If you have any questions email Melanie.saderholm@bayareacc.org.

Single Moms

Are you a single mom looking to connect with other single moms?  Join our Single Moms Fellowship!  We are a growing group that love getting together to share a bite to eat, bounce ideas off each other and do life together.

Praying For Our Husbands

As wives we want to love, honor and respect our husbands. One of the best ways we can do that is by being devoted to lifting them up in prayer. We will meet on Sunday, April 14 from 10:15-10:50 a.m. in Room 236 and follow Stormie Omartian's book, "The Power of a Praying Wife," to lift our husband's to the Lord. You can join anytime and we will update you on what chapters we are going over that month and which Sunday we will meet. This is an awesome time of coming together as sisters in Christ and lifting up the men God has given us. Join us this month and watch God work in your husband's life and in your heart!
